Attend a One Stop Services Orientation and get connected with a Career Advisor, your one-on-one source to access training assistance and job development. Orientations offered at American Job Centers in New Haven, Meriden and Middletown and are open to any resident of South Central CT.

Workforce Alliance welcomes students and graduates from New Haven County and Middlesex County colleges to help match them with jobs! We work with employers every day who are looking in key fields like advanced manufacturing, information technology/computer science, engineering, finance, retail/hospitality, transportation and healthcare. We offer job matching and hiring incentives to train on-the-job plus assistance with industry certifications.
