    • Ready to Work helps employers provide training to employees to move along a defined career track, earn certifications, and qualify for promotions
    • Improves workforce skills specific to technical jobs in IT, Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing
    • Reduces out-of-pocket training costs with grants of up to $3,000 per individual, with minimal paperwork
    • Quick processing time with 50% reimbursement UP-FRONT. The remaining 50% is granted upon completion of the training.
